PIA will send you a confirmation email regarding receipt of your order and payment.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Your orders will be shipped within 1-5 days business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays. Domestic shipments are free of charge.

International Shipping (Outside of Turkey)
Your orders will be shipped within 1-5 days business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays. International shipping cost is 18 $ for all countries. PIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
