Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with the goods you ordered and you want to return them, no worries, we're here to help.
If you would like to return / excahnge goods you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 day days from order to request a refund. Please contact our Customer Support via [email protected] including your order number, your contact informations and your request.
Articles must be in the original condition ( new, unworn, unused and in a sellable condition). All tags and labels must attached. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you
According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items.
Exchanges and returns are made within 14 (fourteen) days.
Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return. And please send us the merchandise and the attached invoice by cargo to our Istanbul address that you may find in the contact page or below.
